Techio is looking for a driven, strategic sales leader to scale our presence across North America. As National Director of Sales, you’ll build and lead high-performing teams, grow revenue, and position Techio as the go-to partner for healthcare Input/Output (I/O) technology management.

Strategic Leadership Responsibilities

As the architect of our national sales strategy, you’ll own the vision and execution that fuels Techio’s next phase of growth. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone ready to build from the ground up and drive real change in healthcare technology.

  • Own and execute Techio’s sales strategy across North America
  • Build and lead top-performing, accountable sales teams
  • Drive pipeline growth, revenue acceleration, and market expansion
  • Develop relationships with C-level executives at leading health systems
  • Translate complex solutions into clear, compelling business value
  • Define and grow Techio’s position as the category leader in healthcare I/O

  • Expertise and Qualifications

    We’re looking for a proven sales leader with deep experience in healthcare tech and the drive to lead from the front. You should bring:

    • 6+ years selling technical solutions to C-level healthcare buyers
    • 3+ years leading and scaling sales teams
    • Strong outbound sales skills, including cold outreach
    • A consistent track record of exceeding quotas and driving growth
    • CRM fluency (HubSpot preferred) and a strong grasp of sales tools
    • Confidence presenting to executives and navigating complex deals
    • Bonus: Experience in managed services or healthcare tech
